Registration fees do not include accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own accommodation during the conference.
Conference Registration Fees
Full conference registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include access to all sessions, morning/afternoon teas and lunches on October 30-31, 2025, and a social event on Thursday, October 30, 2025 (location and time to be confirmed).
MiM25 Delegate: $110
MiM25 Student Delegate: $80

Health & Vaccination Advisory
We strongly advise all attendees of the 2025 Malaria in Melbourne Conference who are over 18 years of age (including delegates, speakers, volunteers, and any other individuals participating in conference events) that they should be fully vaccinated with up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as any other relevant immunisations.
Online registration and payment
We are pleased to offer conference delegates the option of secure online credit card payment via Paypal for conference registration. All registration must be completed online.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be processed through the Conftool website. Registrations cancelled on or before 30 September 2025 will be refunded, minus any applicable banking transaction fees.
Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organiser. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer and may take up to a month to process. Please note that these fees reflect the cancellation fees imposed on MiM25 by the venue and caterers.
Insurance
Registration does not include insurance of any kind. Delegates should arrange their own insurance when booking registration and travel. Please check if the policy excludes cover for epidemics, pandemics and infectious diseases. The Australian Society for Parasitology Inc. and Conference organisers will take no responsibility for personal injury, death, loss of property, or damage caused by participants, however caused or arising.
